Workplace Accident Protocol

  1. As soon as you recognize an emergency, your first call should always be to 911.
  2. Tell your supervisor right away no matter how slight the injury may be. Do not delay.  Even if the incident did not result in any injuries, your supervisor should be notified 
  3. For Navarre employees, you will also need to call PC 365: Your 24/7 on-call nurse at 1.888.345.6783 and the member number 70159 to report your injury, and receive further instruction.
  4. If the incident involves an employee injury, the employee should request a claim form from your supervisor within one working day of your injury.

5. Complete this form within one working day of incident
