For former employees, please select the link below.  If you have officially separated from Navarre, this is the form you would complete to receive a distribution from your 401a.  

  

The total time to process and receive your funds takes 2-4 weeks. Once you have completed your request, please email management@navarrecorp.com to notify mysel

Once you have completed your request, please email management@navarrecorp.com to notify myself and Chris Herman, and we will sign off on your request. From there, your forms will be sent to The Retirement Advantage, our third party administrator, for approval. They have to complete their approval process before One America will have a record of the request. Once One America receives the request, they will distribute the funds directly to the account you list on your forms.

For a loan, you can borrow up to half the balance of your available funds and can have only one loan out at a time.  If you have a loan with an existing balance, you will not be able to request another loan until your first one is completely paid off.
